What You Need To Know:
Once your Order has been submitted, you must accept Terms and Conditions and LOA (Letter of Agency) – (if there are ported telephone numbers) on your order, to ensure the Order is complete and ready to move to provisioning. This step is only applicable if the SP has enabled LOA and T&C during the onboarding process. You will receive an email to initiate the process for both of these steps. Please note: This email expires in 48 hours. If expired, please follow the directions in the Accepting T’s and C’s/LOA from the Enterprise Portal section of this guide for an alternative method of accepting your T&Cs and Letter of Authorization agreements.
Terms and Conditions
As an administrator, you will receive a confirmation email to approve the terms and conditions of the order once you have submitted the order.
Please Note: this email link will expire in 48 hours.
- To initiate approved, click on the button in the email to approve your terms and conditions.
- Next, click the confirm your order button.
- Review the Terms and Conditions document.
- Next, review the PDF.
- Confirm the terms with either an electronic signature or a checkbox (“I have read and accept the Terms and Conditions”).’
- Once complete, the doc is automatically registered into the service providers system.

Letter of Authorization/Agency
The Letter of Authorization (LOA) is another step that needs to be completed in order to finalize the order, if you are porting numbers.
- As the administrator, you will receive an email to sign the Letter of Authorization, click the activate button within the email. Please Note: this email link will expire in 48 hours

At this point, you will review the PDF.
Confirm the phone numbers being moved by clicking Confirm Order.

You will have to authenticate the move with an electronic signature and/or check box (“I have read and accept the Letter of Authorization”). The doc is automatically registered into your service providers system as complete and your order will be processed.

Accepting T’s and C’s/LOA from the Calling Admin Portal
If you did not receive an email during your order process, you still have the option of accessing these documents from the admin portal. To do so;
- Log in to the admin portal.
- Under Orders and Inventory, select Open Orders.
- You will see a link Accept T&Cs or LOA next to the order that needs the documentation completed. Click on this link to open the PDF version for your authorization.
