At this time, it is possible but not recommended to have multiple schedules active for a Selective Call Forwarding rule.
It is not recommended to have more than one schedule active. We recommend creating holidays as single days, all-day events on your regular time schedule. These events will activate the forwarding rule.

By default, automated messages are set to the default language (English). It does not support multiple languages at the same time. If both French and English are needed, a personalized greeting will need to made and uploaded.
The platform does not support progressive dialer at this time.
