Polycom Device Recovery Procedure
If your Polycom device was manufactured in 2009 or earlier and you are unable to onboard your device to the Cloud Platform, you may have a Legacy device which no longer meets our minimum security requirements, and as such, will need to be replaced. You can verify the manufacture date of your device by examining the manufacturer’s label on the back of phone.
