What you need to know:

Should you forget or misplace your Calling User Portal password, you can easily reset it.

Resetting your Calling User Portal password

  1. From the login in page of the Calling User Portal Portal, click the Forgot your password link.
  2. Click image for large view
  3. Enter your User Name.
  4. Click the Reset Password link.
  5. Click image for large view
  6. Your temporary Password will be emailed to you.
    Please Note
    : If the temporary password is not changed within this 24 hours, you will need to follow the password reset procedure again.
  1. Once you have retrieved it, return to the Calling User Portal login page and enter your User Name and temporary Password.
  2. You will be prompted to change your Password. Choose a replacement Password and enter it in the New Password Field and confirm the new password.
  3. Then, click Change Password. You will then be routed to the Calling User Portal.

Please Note: New passwords must meet the following criteria:

  • At least 10 characters long.
  • Does not contain the username, telephone number or alternate ID.
  • Contains at least one character from each category:
    • Uppercase Letters.
    • Lowercase Letters.
    • Numbers.
    • Non-alphanumeric characters.
    • Must be changed after 90 days.
