You can send files to a Contact during a Chat session.

How to Send a File During a Chat Session

To send a file from your Chat session communication window:

  1. Click the Send File button.

    2. Click image for large view
  2. Browse for the file on your computer.
  3. Choose the file and click Open to send the file.
  4. The Contact to whom you are sending the file will receive a chat notification asking to accept the file.
  5. Once they accept it, you will see that the File has been sent.
