Voice Portal

Administrators can use the Voice Portal to record Auto Attendant greetings. Additionally, users can dial the Voice Portal directly to reach the voicemail service from outside of the office. Upon installation, a phone number is assigned to the Voice Portal. To modify your Voice Portal phone number, extension, and passcode, follow the steps below.

  1. Log in to the admin portal.
  2. Select Advanced Services.

  4. Select the Site Package Settings tab.
  5. Select Voice Portals.

  7. Find the Voice Portal you would like to view and/or modify and select the Actions drop-down.

  9. Select Edit Service.
  10. Modify your Voice Portal Phone Number, Extension, and/or Passcode, if needed.
    • Phone Number – The Voice Portal phone number can be used to dial the Voice Portal from any phone within your site.
      • To change the extension, enter the new extension.
      • Click the Save button.  
    • Extension – The Voice Portal extension can be used to dial the Voice Portal from any phone within your site.
      • To change the extension, enter the new extension.
      • Click the Save button.
    • Passcode – Passcodes must be four to eight digits in length.
      • Enter the new passcode.
      • Enter the new passcode again.
      • Click the Save button.
